Mother's Day Money Gone!

Here's the last of my big spending! Vintage style decals and a paper heart punch! See the middle decals- the lambs? I saw one of those on a vintage potty chair at the antique mall. I practically squealed as I showed Micah! I wish you could of seen the sweet but amused look he gave me! My guys are so... tolerable of me! ☺

I bought my decals from The Decal Cottage. Amy sent me these little rose decals as a bonus! I love roses too so I was happy! I'll play with the roses first to get the hang of working with the nursery decals and I'll show you what I end up making with them!
I woke up to no water this morning but my awesome man got the pump working again! I tell you, that man can do just about anything! Way back when I first met Bobby, he fixed the brakes on my brother's car. I remember how impressed I was that he knew how to do that but yet, he wasn't even a mechanic! ☺ I thank God for my good ole country boy! ♥ Our 29th anniversary is coming up! Can you believe it???
Thanks for coming over! You're all the best "neighbors" in the world! ♥

Diane, glad I could make your day! There is another decal company that sells on ebay but they are on vacation. I kept waiting and waiting for them to get back so I could look at theirs again to see which ones I would get. They have a different variety than these but I just couldn't wait any longer! I was afraid I would end up spending my money on something else! ♥

Hi Miss Holly! How ya' been sweetie pie?

I saw you posting on Teacup Tuesday so I hopped on over! The decals are adorable!

Your transformation in the post below was fabulous, the brown walls are gone - I'm all for that!

Have a great week!

Saturday finds, Diane, I would love to have some of the original decals but yet I don't know if they would be useable- ya know? Have you tried using yours? I'd love to see a pic! ♥

Those decals are just the sweetest thing ever. I am going to have to check out that website and see what else they might have. Thanks for sharing.

Funny about your water pump. My mom had problems with her water pump last week when she all the sudden stopped getting water at the sink while she was doing dishes. Luckily hers was an easy fix. She found out later that one of her daycare kids was playing in the pump room downstairs and had flipped the electrical switch off so once the water that was still in tank was gone, no more water!! Flipping the switch back on solved her problem.

Kim, well flipping the switch was an easy fix for your mom! Wells are NOT cheap to replace so we were sooo relieved that ours is working again! ♥

Lisa, my husband is a junk collector and I have to wait on him to get done! Micah waits on both of us but he's such a sweet boy that he doesn't complain (too much.) ♥

Deb, yes, those girls are just so sweet! Like sisters I never had! ♥

Noelle, No, no crib... I wish. I'd hang just the headboard on the wall! ♥

Jennifer, thanks for the Aniv wishes! It's been a FAST 29 years! ♥

Simone, It was so hard to pick which decals to get but yeah, the bunny is so sweet! ♥

Priscila! There's my girl! So good to see *you*! I love my new wall. When I'm sitting at my scrap book table (in front of the wall) I would never know that the rest of the room is still that ugly old brown paneling! ♥

How could you not love the pink bunny decals, so cute : ) I hope you are having a good week!

Hi, Kathy! Didn't you make something with a vintage brown bunny?

Katie said...

What a fun purchase, I had never heard of that shop before. Are the decals kind of like stickers?

Holly said...

Hi, Katie! Kind of like stickers... only you soak them in water first and then apply- then they dry. They are kind of tricky to work with! ♥
