Before And After

Before:
Dogs chair on deck. Yeah, I know... I purposely left those broken pieces and the dog hair for effect. After:
Girl chair on deck (for when girl company comes over!) Yes, I could have painted it or recovered it? Ha-ha! But after all- it *is* the dog's chair and she will get it back once the girl leaves!
So much (not anything) is possible with pretty sheets and cutie pie pillows

Morning Holly,
I love easy makeovers :) Sheets are so useful and your girlfriend won't even know!!
I'm not sure if I have any of my pic on backup or whatever it's called. I'm computer dim ...I've asked hubby about that once and he said..it's fine...I hope he is right as I have pics that are priceless to me.

That chair sure looks cozy now...I'll be right over, hehee!!
I don't go back to check for comments on comments....I am all over the place and would end up spending the whole day checking to see what was said. Gotta get the laundry done, ya know what I mean?
So sorry you lost your images, etc...

Thanks for inviting me to your porch for a little visit. It's so comfy, no wonder the dogs like it. We found out the hard way when our computer crashed about a month ago. We lost lots of pictures and vintage graphics that Lindsey had saved. Heartbreaking. I know there is software to backup everything on disks, but I'm like Deb, computer dim so I don't know much about it. I love reading your replies to my comments. Thank you for taking the time to do that. Have a wonderful day! Twyla

Good Morning Holly!
For starters I love the make-over chair post! It looks great with the pretty sheet and that cute pillow. Are you sure your doggy is gonna want to give this up for your friend?! LOL! You are too cute girl! I am so sorry about your computer woes...I can only imagine what you've been going through....I've been there about 2 years ago...when I used a spyware removal program and thought I was doing something good for my computer by removing spys on my computer, but I made a major boo boo. Instead of quarantining them I deleted the spy, well, unknowing to me, it happened to be attached to everything important that made my computer function. We had to get a friend of my husbands over that knew how to work on computers and he got us running again, after days, for about $125.00. I did lose alot, but had some pictures backed up on a disc. Whew! Thank goodness you can access some more pics from your son's computer. I hope you get your computer all organized soon, and that you have a great day!
Big Hugs,
Queenie

Okay, sweetpea, get an external hard drive and hook it up and you'll never lose anything.....OR.....sign up for Carbonite and it will back up your stuff in the background and you'll never ever lose anything again! I do both but then I'm on Macs and have Time Machine and it backs up automatically. I never ever touch a single thing. It just automatically does it for me. Yep, sugar, there are ways to save your stuff! You might even take it in to the computer gurus and let them find the stuff for you. Trust me, they can retrieve anything just about.

Love your blog. If you need any help, give me a buzz and I'llbe happy to do what I can, chickee....

xoxo,
Connie

Love your chair makeover Holly. It looks so cute with the pretty blue floral slipcover. One of these days, I'm gonna find someone who can make me a pretty slipcover for my home office chair. It's comfy, but the black chair looks totally out of place next to all the white, pretty blues and pinks that I've used to decorate my home office space. Why doesn't anyone make comfy white office chairs for us girly girls???

What a makeover! I was giggling that you left the hair on the chair. Computer problems are the worst!! Sigh. I'm sorry it happened to you, Holly!
