Hi, I'm Holly! Welcome to cutie pie cottage

I was thrilled when my husband found me this vintage Red Scrabble game at the GW! I passed right by and didn't even see it! They'll be perfect for Christmas crafting!

Check out the dude's side burns! Whoa!
I had so much fun at Michael's Crafts yesterday! I bought myself a few stocking stuffers for my new stocking! ☺ (See stocking a few posts below) I bought Red flocking powder, a bottle of cutie pie flowers, Red and Green dot cards- fun stuff!
I'm still decorating over here. I generally take my time in everything I do. I like to sort of float along through life if I can!
Enjoy your day, sweet friends! Go hunting for the positive and the negative will pale.
Bells on bobbed tails ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight!

What a sweet, cheerful message--thanks! Lucky you! Those tiles will be so much fun--great husband you have! Looking forward to seeing what you create with those!

Sounds like we share our decorating style...mine usually drags out over a week--got stuff piled up everywhere, and it's...okay!

Hope you have a wonderful day!

You are so creative Holly. I would never have thoutht about using an old scrabble game like that for making crafty things. Will be fun to see what you end up making. Hearing you say that you bought yourself a few little treats for your stocking (which I totally love by the way..) makes me laugh as I ALWAYS end up buying stuff for myself at Christmas time too. Did exactly that today while out shopping with my Mom and younger sister..:)

WOW GIRL! What a great day for you! I have been looking for a scrabble game at our GW and haven't found any yet. You will have fun decorating with it!! I am using our relatively new game with the black letters and it works fine too.
I just sit the wooden trays around in with my decor and spell out words such as vintage or blessed etc. The possibilities are endless!
