Polka Box!

This ceramic gift is one of the treasures from my anniversary weekend. I got it at Sally Anne's. What a great store! It's the biggest and best that I've ever been in. I will definitely be going back there- even if I *haven't* unpacked all my old treasures yet! ☺
Now... I'm just trying to decide if I can use this as a cookie jar in my red kitchen now or should I save it for Christmas time?

More treasures in the days to come!

PS Comments won't publish yet for me today but I am reading them! Thanks!

Ooooh, I'd set that little jewel out all the time, sugar! It's adorable. I've never heard of Sally Anne's. We don't have one down here.
xoxo,
Connie
Hoping you're lovin' your new state, chick!!!

If I can have a castle as a cookie jar you can have a polka dot box for a cookie jar...oooo...I love it...I've seen it before somewhere an almost bought it but how many cookie jars does a girl need!

Hi Holly Sweetie...
I think you should keep this treasure out year round. It is jut to precious to be saved for special holidays. It is festive and fun, and makes every cookie a gift to the receiver. I love it.

This is not a store that I have heard of before. It must be something on the East Coast? Is it a chain of stores?

Hope things are going well for you, Bobby and Micah. I have kept you in my prayers.

Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

Very cute box.. I think it'd make a fun Christmas accessory, but if your kitchen is red, then hey! you can enjoy it all year long, right?

My comments aren't publishing either- and I'm doing a give away so it's a real bummer!

Oh my goodness - - - sooo cute.

I have a round china box, small replica of a hat box, and until THIS post of yours, I haven't seen anything similar anywhere else. Mine isn't polka dot - - - it has dainty little flowers.

You can see mine in this post, third picture down:

Hi Holly! I just love your blog! It is so sweet! Happy belated Anniversary! Your polka dot jar is so cute. Take care and be gentle with yourself if you have another mini-meltdown. With such a move, I think that is normal. :)

Oh Holly, it's way too cute to save just for Christmas. I would leave it out all year around in your kitchen. Fill it with some yummy cookies and you can open your pretty "present" each day and snack on the treats inside :)
