A Dream Come True

Looky here girlfriends!

My very own crystal knob! Only problem is, it's upstairs on the spare room door and I don't venture up there very often. What do you think? Should I remove it and display it downstairs or just leave it be?

I'd put it where I could enjoy it every day!

The first house we bought had these knobs on every interior door. I LOVED them and our kids called them diamonds.

Holly could it be displayed where you can look at it all the time? Could you move that door down stairs and prop it up against a wall for art? Hang some pictures and a wreath on it.As old as it looks..I can tell you it has lead paint on it..do be careful in your projects.

Well, why don't you make the "spare-oom"{as they say in Naria} into YOUR room...that way you will see it all the time! ;}

Hey Holly! Oh that knob is gorgeous...by all means, take it off and put it somewhere that you can see it and use it all the time :)

I bet you all have been having fun watching for the wildlife and that cute baby moose! Those are so cute..but I sure don't like the idea of those coyotes. Hope the bunny will be okay. Honey, We had a wild fox coming around recently and a oppussum too...it's kinda crazy because we usually don't see much wild animals like that in our yard, I guess anything's possible really, but to be honest with you...it surprised me......kinda scared me. Guess it's just part of living in the country...like you said. I've been keeping my eyes open a lot more lately outside though, seeing wild animals will kinda do that for ya. By the way, I think it sure couldn't hurt to learn to shoot a gun...that's great that Micah can teach you :)
Big hugs,

My vote is to leave it where it is and go to the spare room more often. Make it a Holly Room. The glass knob is there for your invite...
Open the door and dream...BIG!
My suggestion is to contact Cinderella if you need any PRETTY advice or glass slippers to match the knob!
Playing...all day!

Oh, What to do, what to do. Have it where you can always see it, or be surprised again and again when you chance upon it. Hmmm. Too hard to decide, but lucky you! Wonderful! E

Hi There!! I think you should remove it and put it where you can see it every day. My grandmother had door knobs like that and I loved them so much! At Christmas, the lights from the tree would reflect off the knobs and for a child, it was pure magic. When my grandmother passed up, my sister remembered how much I loved those knobs and brought one home for me. When we built our home a little bit ago, I had the knobs split in two and they are on the french doors to what I call my "quiet room". It is the room I go to to read, relax and just be. I see them every day and it is wonderful!
