Are We Cute Yet?

My newest crafting experiment! For now, I'm calling them "Cottage drops". They want to know if they are cute. ☺

These are little bitty ones-ping pong and golf ball sized.

While this blue one is larger- croquet ball size.
I was trying for a ball of yarn look but kept coming up with a mummy look! Ha-ha! If at first you don't succeed, try, try again! But now I think I'm ready to move on to something else.
Fixing up my craft room was put on hold while I crafted in it! I just couldn't wait but I hope to finish it up this week.
I rang in the New Year with a power outage! Off and on- off and on. It's getting old and COLD! (2 bellow this morn!) My guys went to spend the night in town but I stayed here with the fire and the animals. I'm telling ya, I'm getting more pioneerish by the minute!
Have a great day everyone!

Oh, they're definitely cute! I had made the same things a few years ago and filled them in a wood basket for that country look. Then I had babies.....I don't have them anymore. (the balls, not the babies!)

I rang in the new year watching, "The Bucket List." Very appropriate for starting a new year!

Hi Holly...I think I should write a story and call it "Little Holly on the Big Farm" and you would be the star!

You brave women...staying with the animals. Somehow I knew you would and you could.

I think those fabric balls are cute...yes I do. You know me, if it ain't cute I generally don't like it...gotta go for a cute year ahead!

You could always take up knitting and make some cute hats for your moose friends. Don't forget the holes for the horns!

Happy New Years Day!

Happy new year, Holly! I love your rag balls done in cottage colors! Cottage Drops, Cute! I can't believe your guys went off and left you alone with no power. You Are the pioneer. I would have done the same, I think. I hope you got some sleep! It is 19 degrees here this morning, but no storms so the internet is working, yeah! Have a wonderful day! Twyla

Sounds like you were definitely made for this farm life, Holly! I would have stayed behind too. Guarded the fort, cuddled up with the animals. Men are such big babies, aren't they?!
Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Holly. My grandkids kids always loved it when the power went off when we lived in the mountains of Calif and had the wood stove to use. It was a fun adventure for them. What a cute idea you have with those cloth balls you are making just your style for you craft room. My craft room will be way behind yours as my husband must build the cabinets and that is not quick to do! I will move in there anyway and made do until they are done. Have a great weekend.
