Girl Time

This is the outcome of the recent "girl time" spent with my eldest grand girl. Doesn't it look good enough to eat?GG made this with just a little help from me. She chose the paper, paint, etc. She reminded me so much of me as she kept exclaiming over how cute it was.

My pretty little GG!

Hee-hee!

Here's mine. Um... I'm not too sure about it. Ha-ha.

The hubs took a zillion pics of me cleaning out the pool this morning. He wanted me to leave the hat and glasses on. Hee-hee!

I like being a girl. ☺

Oh, Holly, nice to see you without snow! This one is wonderful! No wonder Bobbie likes to take pictures of you! I think it's great that your GG got to play in your crafts and the two of you have that special bond. Have a super day! Twyla

Awwwwww. Your granddaughters altered spool turned out so cute. And so did yours. She did an awesome job with your help. It makes me happy knowing I was able to inspire both of you with a fun and easy little project.

Dear sweet Holly,
I just read the thoughtful comment you left on my blog...and, you are so right. When we are seasoned within with His presence...We reflect Him in our thoughts, speech, attitudes, and actions. How precious it is knowing Him, loving Him and trusting Him!
Thank you for your wisdom, my sweet friend!

Hi Holly! I'm glad your legs are feeling better, I really should have it done too. Mine don't bother me but it looks like a road map on the side of my knee! I am so jealous you have one of those fun pools. Hubby won't let me get one and we have had one of the hottest summers ever with a solid month and a half of over 95º heat. Will say a prayer for your house hunting adventures, hugs Nan

Oh Holly, it's beautiful and so is she. I just LOVE crafting with my granddaughter. And maybe, like your granddaughter, they will be just like us and love to do this stuff. I hope so, we need to pass down the love of creating to the future generations.
Thank you so much for the nice comment you left. I wanted to write back sooner but my mom had another fall and was in the hospital and now is in the nursing home. I was so busy with all of that I didn't have a minute, but I did read the comments and they made me happy! Have a wonderful weekend, and keep on crafting! How old is GG? You might have written it but I don't remember. My Hailey just turned 9 in May. Maybe they could be penpals or something! Does anyone even do that anymore?
Hugs,
Julie
