My Latest Crafting Projects

Hello! Long time no blog. ☺ Here's the lunch box social tag that I made for Creative Breathing Elizabeth's tag swap. I was supposed to make 8 of them but I bailed. I've forgiven myself for that now. I gave it to Elizabeth as a token of our friendship and in memory of the swap that almost was! I also made this button ball garland for E. I think it's my most favoritest one yet! It's meant to "match" the tag.

I'm so happy that my legs feel all better now from their surgery! They still don't look better but at least they FEEL better! I was surprised how long it took...

Our pool is up, the weather is hot and we've been having tons of fun with the kids and the grands! My oldest grand girl is here for 2 nights and we just finished crafting.

Mixed in with the fun is the not so fun. (But of course!) Our house hunting adventures continue. (Or is it house hunting trials?) My darling husband and I go 'round and 'round with what we want and we seldom agree. What we do agree on, never works out. Sigh... I know the Lord will bring it all together but sometimes I wish there was no such thing as negative emotions!

Hope you're all enjoying your summer as much as I am!

Holly your projects are just darling I need to make you something special... I really love my garland in my Craft Room. Your hose hunting sounds hard... I just don't know what I would do if we had to move... besides I have so much stuff... Glad to hear your legs are feeling better, I hope they look better soon. Hugs, Diane

That is a sweet little card I spied over at E's. Love that garland...I have mine loaned out to my darling Miss Claire for the summer. She just had to drape it over her head board. Looks super cute. Smiles...Renee

Your tag is so sweet! Sometimes things get overwhelming and we have to "allow" ourselves to bail LOL! I'm bailing on canning all the veggies I should. Have fun in the pool, I couldn't live without our blue plastic pool, so very refreshing in this heat. Good luck on the house hunt.

The perfect match Holly and oh so cute!!! I would not anticipate any less that CUTE from you.

I understand the bail out ride...I think I've managed to loose most of my blog followers due to my lack of being a buddy and leaving comments on there's and doing what a good friend/blogger should do. There's only so much a girl with a curl can do.

We had a grand vacation to Portland and the Palmer Wirf antique show was awesome. I thought of you and how much fun you had at the Farm Chicks show. I'd love to go to that one too someday. Add it on to my bucket list. I bought you a little treat at the show and I'll be darned if I can find it. But it is here, somewhere. I think I'm becoming a toy hoarder! Yikes, I love my toys! Your gift will fit in a little envelope, stay tuned, it's coming your way as soon as I can find it!

Much love to you my happy Holly friend,

Molly~

It's me again, Holly. I neglected to wish you speedy healing and this certainly warranted my revisiting you. I hope the surgery will make the coming days much nicer for you.
I can't believe you are a grandmother!!! You look way too young in your photo!!
Blessings to you and your grandbabies as you spend this quality time together.
