Cutie Pie Kitchen

Welcome to my cutie pie kitchen!  It's so cute, even I can hardly stand it!  ☺

I'm  still tweaking my potholder garland/window treatment.  I need a couple more potholders to fill it out!  I'm hoping to find some with light blue in them.  Included in this garland are gifts from friends, give away gifts and a few of my own thrift and antique store finds.
I tried taking several shots of the whole kitchen but let's face it, my camera only handles good close ups!  I'll keep trying, though!
And speaking of close ups.  Do you see that Pyrex dish sitting up on top of my cupboard?
Come back tomorrow for some close ups of *IT*!  It's my first covered casserole dish from the thrift store and it's the Blue Bird pattern!  Eeek!  I was so thrilled!

Holly, your kitchen truly is cutie pie! I love the way you have turned your crocheted potholders into a garland for the window. I collect those, too.

Holly!!! I LOVE IT!! The scalloped red and white trim on the shelves is darling, I love the doggie cookie jar too :) You have sooo many darling items. Your garland is super cute and goes so well with the whimsy of your decor. I remember those red apples with faces! Sooo cute. And I am in love with the vintage card collage above the sink. Did you make that? LOVE it Holly, you have done an amazing job and I am over the moon for you!!

Oh what a cutie garland!!! Just perfect for your darling kitchen! Everything looks so darned cute! I just noticed that you have PINK MELAMINE!!!!!!!! OOH!!! LOVE it. Okay, don't shouting now. Do you use it? Can it go in the microwave? I keep looking for PINK but afraid it wouldn't be good for everyday use. I grew up using it, but no micros back then.
I'm going to craft today, too, if I can get off this computer!

I like your potholder garland.
If I can figure out how to do it, do you mind if I pin it?

Love, love, love what you are doing in that kitchen. I have a garland of crocheted potholders in my sewing room. They are just so beautiful. I'll have to see if I have any extra light blue ones. Keep up the wonderful decorating!

sooo cute! You have inspired me to do something with the potholders I have left....I have put half my collection under my cabinets as a "border" and your idea of making a "garland" of potholders is awesome. Ladies have worked so hard to make these so long ago and I want others to enjoy their beauty as I do. I will try your idea. :)
