Welcome To My Colorful Hutch!

Ta-da!  This took me weeks to decorate but here she is!  I'm sure I've done some tweaking since taking and loading these pics but you should be able to tell the look I'm going for.  The farm house vibe I had going in my old farm kitchen wasn't working here at the cottage so I took a different approach. I have so many romantic pinks with no built in hutch to put them in AND I have so many reds from my old kitchen so I'm trying to mix them all up with blues for a multi-color look and I'm loving it!  Because of my yellow walls in the dinning, kitchen and hall, I'm saving a lot of my yellow pretties for the craft room and living room.  They just didn't look right in the hutch.
Thanks for coming by and thank you for loving me for who I am!  ♥

I love it Holly... It looks so cheerful. You are very lucky to have your hutch to use for displaying all of the vintagy things you have collected over the years. And it makes me very happy to see you displaying some of the handmade things I made for you in amongst your other treasures. :)

That looks fabulous, love the look - I am just a teeny bit jealous that I don't have an awesome white hutch like yours, I may have to paint my wooden one!

Oh Holly! It all looks so sweet!!! I'm sorry I haven't been here sooner, I've busy with my new grandson :) I love your hutch and your style of decorating! Where did you get that little suitcase with the lamb on it? Di9d you put the lamb on it? I think I asked you about it before but I can't remember....

Hi Holly! (I was hoping you received your heart box by now ... I'm so sorry-but it must be coming soon!! :(
I love your hutch-everything looks so cute in it! I recognized some of those little wooden figures - when my son was born he had a mobile with all of those little guys on it! He also had a cute nursery lamp to go with it. I like the way you opened little drawers and have things peeking out. You've done a fine job! Oh, and I love looking at my rag ball garland you made me everyday! Thank you for everything!
XOXO Sandie

Hi Holly, I love the new look. Mixing the colors certainly is working. I actually love red and pink together. And of course, we gotta have some blue! I so want to find some of those red dotty bowls. You have made your new place just as sweet as the old. Still wanting a garland. I'll let you know what size, as soon as I can decide. lol!

Oh my gosh Holly, I would love to visit you and have a cup of coffee in your kitchen. I love how your house reflects you in all the details. I wish my whole house was like my sewing room and studio, but the upstairs is kind of Lodge style. Actually I don't know what to call it. Anyhow, I love yours. I want to paint my bedroom furniture white and shabby chic the room and add vintage details, but so far no luck in convincing my husband.
Thanks for visiting and encouraging me. I hope it is water weight, and I really am trying not to focus on the number, but how I feel and getting rid of the muffin top. Actually, I should just be thinking about the cholesterol number, but if I'm going to work so hard and eat right I hope to at least be able to wear some of my cute clothes again without feeling self-conscious! Thanks for your support!
Hugs,
Julie
